This is my first ever post on my blog.
I’m excited to get things rolling with SAYANLiVE !
As you might already know from my Instagram that I’ll be posting a weekly round up on this blog every Friday. It will be packed with all the creative work I do throughout the week.
I’ve started my content creation Instagram. So for this week I’ve got some interesting eye-candy for you.
Here we go.
I was in deep depression and some serious frustrations were killing me. I created this piece as a result of my emotions. I didn’t release it then, but now I’m back after winning against my psychological condition. So that’s the story behind it.
This is more of a fun project. I’m messing around with colors lately and this is an attempt to achieve the Instagram color scheme. I enjoyed doing this.
I don’t have a huge attraction towards sci-fi but this one is an exception. It is another one of the color tests.
It is a rather deep one. Tried to picture an imaginary world with this piece. I’m satisfied with how the grass turned out to be. I’ve also tried some volumetric fog tricks within the 3D editing software, blender.
In the last week, I was reminded of some of my dark days. Not a lot of people know much about this side of my story. It’s all about my emotions and memories which are too beautiful for me to let go but still, I want to forget it.
This work truly depicts this condition of mine. I wanted to get this off my chest. Here’s an extract from my Instagram caption:
Although I seem to have recovered from it, the truth is I’m at the same old place even after an entire year has passed.
This is a composition practice. Wanted to put the golden ratio stuff to use, so I kept things simple.
Lastly, I ended this week’s content stream with this self edit. Wanted to create something magical but something
disturbing to look at. Here’s what I got.
With this final post I tried to encourage people to stop underestimating their imaginations and dreams. If your mind wants to live in a fantasy world then don’t stop it, that’s the best you can do.
Thanks for hanging on till the end.
See you on the next Friday. Till then don’t forget to follow me on Instagram.
